Located just inside Gwinnett County, Norcross fosters a strong sense of community and is to about 16,634 residents. The city was named after Jonathan Norcross, the former Atlanta Mayor. Norcross truly is, “A Place to Imagine” due to its close proximity from the heart of downtown Atlanta and and excellent quality of life.

Served by the Gwinnett County Public Schools, Norcross is currently home to eight elementary schools. Middle schoolers attend either Summerour Middle School or Pinckneyville Middle School, however, the latter lies in the city of Peachtree Corners. High schoolers attend Meadowcreek High School or Norcross High School, the former being being located in nearby Meadowcreek. Norcross maintains its eight beautiful parks for all residents and visitors to enjoy. Some of the city parks include Lillian Webb Park, Veterans Park, Thrasher Park and Summerour Park. Bike paths, sports fields, grills and even a splash pad are just some of the parks great amenities. The quaint City of Norcross has a lot to offer its residents and continues to grow and develop into the place it is today!
